Running/Walking

Walking and running is also an easy exercise. We walk everyday. Walking and running is the easiest exercise that we can do. We can run in place using a running machine, on the floor, or outside near nature. Running and walking burns calories, reduce the risk of many cancer and disease, and helps with high blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Most of all it helps you stay healthy. We can walk or run to the groceries, look at the nature in the park, or for other reasons. If you do that it helps the environment from global warming and polluting. It can also be a diet. Running and walkimg makes your muscles stronger too.
